They were trying to promote healthy exercise at the same time. The event organizers said the "nudity" was to make people comfortable with their body image. That's quite an event. The video said it started in Spain, but what exactly is the point of it? Maybe that was covered and I missed it, but why do all these folks hope on bikes and ride around in their undies? I liked the use of stills and videos.
